APTO MIRAMAR is a beautiful seafront apartment with capacity for 5 people on the 7th floor with elevator. It has a dining room, an independent fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a beautiful balcony where you can enjoy incredible sea views. Outside it has a communal terrace and a magnificent swimming pool. Its location is one of its greatest charms as it is located on the same Seafront Promenade and just 23 meters from the beach, very close to all services, leisure and dining places. A great choice for spending incredible family vacations.
Malgrat de Mar has been recognized with Family Tourism and Sports Tourism distinctions, which makes it an ideal destination to enjoy as a couple, with friends, or with family. Its kilometers of golden sandy beaches, bordered by pine forests, are perfect for relaxation and play for both adults and children. Very close to the accommodation, they have a wide variety of activities and services to practice water sports such as sailing, windsurfing, or diving. Additionally, it has a very nearby train station, which allows comfortable travel to Barcelona, Girona, or other points along the coast without the need to use a car.
During the summer season, you can enjoy the friendly tourist train, a fun and relaxed way to tour the entire town, especially appreciated by children.
At a short distance is the Montnegre-Corredor Natural Park, ideal for hiking, walking or cycling routes and outdoor activities. For family fun lovers, the Marineland water park, located in Palafolls, offers slides, pools and shows for all ages. And if you are traveling with children, you cannot miss the Francesc Macià Park, a large green space with play areas and recreational areas that will delight the little ones.

1. Prior notice of your arrival after 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, a member of our team can deliver the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.
2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.
. Online check-in is essential to complete your reservation registration and streamline the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from HHR's computer system.
. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients; communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will inform us.
. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory: €1.10 per person per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.
. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be accepted.

Tous l appartement,la vue,les piscines,le calme merci pour ce séjour j' espère revenir l année prochaine mais que le prix pour la location n aura pas augmenté car si c'est trop cher malheureusement nous ne pourrons plus venir bonne continuation madamsee more

Parce contre dessus par le prix l année dernière j' ai payé 1400€ cette année plus de 2100€ ça fait cher pour trois jours de plus je viens à malgrat en vacances depuis 50 ans j' ai jamais payé aussi cher donc étonné par une si grosse augmentation see more
