1. Prior notice of your arrival after 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, a member of our team can deliver the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.
2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.
. Online check-in is essential to complete your reservation registration and speed up the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to provide it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from HHR's computer system.
. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will inform us.
. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory: 1.10 € per person per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.
. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be accepted.

Las camas son muy pequeñas. Los colchones de calidad justa. Los checks tienes que hacerlos en una diferente población y es un poco engorroso. No tiene posibilidad de parking. Fianza muy elevada, sobre todo si solo vas para un finde.

Como hace mucho calor (en agosto), la falta de aire acondicionado es un inconveniente. Hay dos ventiladores pero no es suficiente. Los lavabos están tapados y por eso hay mal olor en el baño.

Complica un poco el tema de entrega de llaves, que no es directamente en el apartamento, es necesario ir a una agencia, que ni siquiera está en la misma población. En fin, no sé si es algo negativo pero en todo caso a tener en cuenta.
