1. Prior notice of your arrival after 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, a member of our team can deliver the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.
2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.
. Online check-in is essential to complete your reservation registration and speed up the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to provide it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from HHR's computer system.
. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will inform us.
. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory: 1.10 € per person per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.
. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be admitted.
. Pets under 10kg are welcome (except for breeds considered potentially dangerous), so no family member is left behind. It is important that you inform us of the size and breed of your pet, so we can prepare for your arrival.

Lors de notre arrivée il a fallu faire le ménage complet dans l'appartement, il restait de la nourriture sur les ustensiles et la vaisselle de cuisine, le lave linge était rempli de sable et de petit cailloux, la poussière n'avait pas été faite partosee more
Lors de notre arrivée il a fallu faire le ménage complet dans l'appartement, il restait de la nourriture sur les ustensiles et la vaisselle de cuisine, le lave linge était rempli de sable et de petit cailloux, la poussière n'avait pas été faite partout. Le linge de maison avait été lavé mais comportait des tâches. Un oreiller de la chambre parentale avait une grosse tâche.
