Collection time: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

- Arrival options:

1. Prior notice of your arrival after 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, a member of our team can hand over the keys, with an additional cost of 50€.

2. For clients who arrive outside of business hours, HHR provides safety deposit boxes so that you can pick up the keys.

Online check-in is essential to complete the registration of your reservation and to expedite the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection purposes, you can be assured that upon your departure, all digitized data will be deleted from HHR's computer system.

The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will communicate it to us.

. You must pay the tourist tax which is mandatory: 1.10 € per person and night (maximum 7 nights), from 17 years old.

Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in this accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
