It has a cozy living-dining room with air conditioning and wifi throughout the accommodation, a fully equipped American kitchen, a double bedroom with exterior views, a bedroom with two single beds, a room with a single bed and a modern bathroom with a shower. The entire apartment is decorated with a modern and warm style, with small details that make the stay comfortable and pleasant from the first day.
One of its great attractions is its balcony with spectacular panoramic views of the sea, the ideal place to enjoy the sea breeze, relax at sunset or start the day with a coffee while contemplating the Mediterranean.
Its privileged location on the first line of the sea, just 10 meters from the beach and very close to the town center, restaurants, shops and all services, will allow you to forget about the car and enjoy comfortable and unhurried vacations.

Pineda de Mar is a charming town on the Costa del Maresme that stands out for its calm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere. Awarded the Family Tourism distinction, it is a destination specially designed for both adults and children to enjoy comfortable and fun-filled vacations.
Its wide golden sandy beaches, the seafront promenade and its Mediterranean climate invite relaxation, sunset walks and enjoying the sea every day. The town has a pleasant commercial area, restaurants and markets where you can taste local cuisine and find everything you need during your stay.
At the end of August, Pineda de Mar fills with joy with its Fair and Major Feast, one of the most anticipated moments of the year. Concerts, traditional activities, shows, fireworks, and a lively festive atmosphere create an unforgettable experience for the whole family.
For a day of pure fun, the Marineland water park is just a few minutes away, located in Palafolls, with slides, pools, and shows that guarantee laughter and excitement for all ages.
Moreover, Pineda de Mar has a train station, which allows for comfortable travel throughout the Costa del Maresme and visiting Barcelona or other towns without the need to use a car. During the summer season, the tourist train travels through the town, a fun and relaxed way to discover the village, especially appreciated by children. . Pickup hours: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM
- Arrival options:
1. Prior notice of your arrival after 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, a member of our team can deliver the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.
2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.
. Online check-in is essential to complete the registration of your reservation and to streamline the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from the HHR computer system.
. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will communicate it to us.
. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory: 1.10 € per person per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.
. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be admitted.
. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay with pets in this accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
