2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.
. Online check-in is essential to complete the registration of your reservation and to streamline the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from the HHR computer system.
. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will communicate it to us.
. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory per person and per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.
. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be admitted.

We left a deposit of 200 euros, and Mrs. Martine told us it would be refunded within two days after we left. It has now been almost two months, and I still have not received my deposit. The service is extremely poor, and communication is nonexistent — I have sent several emails, but nobody replied. I also tried calling the phone number and sending messages via WhatsApp, but received no response at all. I don’t understand why I have to beg for my own money. When will I finally receive my refund? Can I at least get a clear answer? I travel all over the world, but this is the first time I have experienced something like this — it is truly unacceptable.
