With a surface area of 47 m² and maximum capacity for 3 people, it is an ideal option for a couple, a small family, or for those who wish to stay by the Mediterranean and enjoy the coast with all services within reach.
The apartment features a practical and functional layout. It has two independent bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom equipped with a single bed. This distribution allows the three guests to rest comfortably and enjoy greater privacy during their stay.
The dwelling has a complete bathroom with shower and toilet, comfortable and functional for everyday use.
The kitchen is independent and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, juicer, fryer, dishes, cutlery and kitchen utensils. A practical space to prepare everything from quiet breakfasts to family lunches and dinners, enjoying complete freedom of schedules during vacation.
To ensure a pleasant temperature throughout the year, Apto Luka has air conditioning and heating through a heat pump. It also has wifi connection, so you can stay connected, consult information about the area or work remotely when you need it.
One of the main attractions of the accommodation is its community pool, perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the summer days. The opening, schedules, and conditions of use of the pool will be subject to the season and the rules established by the community.
Its excellent beachfront location allows you to enjoy the beach at any time of day, without the need for long commutes. You can start the morning walking along the Mediterranean, enjoy a day of sun and beach or end the day breathing in the sea breeze.
The apartment does not have a private parking space, so parking must be done in the designated areas in the surrounding area.
Pets are welcome, because we know they are also part of the family. Animals considered to be of potentially dangerous breeds are not allowed. Before arrival, it will be necessary to inform us of the breed and size of the pet.

Pets are welcome, except those considered potentially dangerous breeds. It is essential to inform in advance about the breed and size of the animal.

1. Arrivals between 19:00 and 21:00 hours
With prior notice, a member of our team will be able to carry out the delivery of the keys. This service will have an additional cost of 50 €.
2. Arrivals Outside Business Hours
HHR has safety deposit boxes that allow you to collect the keys autonomously. Instructions will be provided before your arrival, once all necessary procedures have been completed.
Online check-in is essential for correctly registering your reservation and speeding up entry to the accommodation. It is very important to complete it with sufficient advance notice.
For your peace of mind, the data provided will be processed in accordance with data protection regulations. Once your stay is completed, the digitized documents will be deleted from HHR's computer system.
The deposit should not be an inconvenience to enjoy your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust and communication with its customers. In case any incident occurs during your stay, we appreciate it being reported immediately so we can help you and find a solution.
Upon arrival, the mandatory tourist tax must be paid, applicable per person and night, with a maximum of seven nights and according to the age and conditions established by current regulations.
