2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.
. Online check-in is essential to complete the registration of your reservation and to streamline the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from the HHR computer system.
. The deposit is not an inconvenience for your vacation. HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will communicate it to us.
. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory: 1.10 € per person per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.

Me devolvieron la fianza de 200 euros en 2 días desde mi check-out. Deberían cuidar esos aspectos un poco más ante la variedad de alojamientos que hay en Pineda que sí cuidan esos detalles ofreciendo mejor calidad de servicio.
