APTO PINEDA II is a beautiful apartment with capacity for 4 people on the second floor without an elevator. It has a dining room-living room with wifi service, a fully equipped independent kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a beautiful balcony where you can relax on warm summer days. It has a great location as it is just 160 meters from the beach and very close to all services. Undoubtedly a great choice to spend unforgettable family vacations.
Pineda de Mar is certified with the family tourism destination brand, ideal for spending unforgettable vacations in a peaceful environment. Its wide and long beach offers a great variety of cafes, terraces, and restaurants where you can enjoy the wide variety of Mediterranean cuisine. They have a large number of green spaces and children's playgrounds that make it a privileged area to enjoy vacations with family. Pineda de Mar has a train station that runs throughout the Costa del Maresme, facilitating travel in case you do not want to use your vehicle. It also has a tourist train that can take you on a fun trip through the entire town of Pineda de Mar and its surroundings.

- Check-in Information Service Dear customer, Home Holidays Rentals wishes to facilitate your arrival outside the planned office hours for the delivery of the keys to your vacation home. We offer you the following options:
1-Direct entry to accommodation: A member of our team will hand over the keys directly to your accommodation. Check-in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM. This option has an additional cost.
2-Entry outside of this time, the additional cost depends on the arrival time.
- No groups are accepted.
- HHR reserves the right to apply the deposit amount it deems appropriate according to the characteristics of the reservation and its occupants.
- Performing online check-in is mandatory to receive the keys.
- Payment of the tourist tax is mandatory.
- The reservation includes towels, sheets, and cleaning service.
- Reservations less than 3 days will have to pay an additional charge of 80€.
- IMPORTANT: Accommodation only suitable for families.
- Animals not authorized.
