VILLA HIMALAIA is a magnificent holiday villa, located on the second floor, ideal for enjoying a family vacation in a quiet and comfortable environment. With capacity for up to 5 people, it combines space, comfort, and privacy for a relaxed stay, as well as spectacular panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea that will accompany you throughout your stay.

The villa features a spacious and bright living-dining room, equipped with wifi service, perfect for sharing special moments or relaxing after a day at the beach. The independent kitchen, fully equipped, will allow you to prepare delicious meals as if at home. It has three cozy bedrooms and two full bathrooms, one of them with an outdoor shower in the pool area, ideal for refreshing after enjoying the sun.

Its modern, spacious interior filled with natural light creates a welcoming atmosphere that invites relaxation from the very first moment. Outside, the villa offers a wide terrace where you can contemplate the sea while enjoying pleasant outdoor evenings, as well as a barbecue area to share meals with family or friends.

The private pool becomes the perfect place to relax and enjoy the warm summer days under the Mediterranean sun. Additionally, for your greater convenience, VILLA HIMALAIA offers outdoor private parking within the same accommodation.

Santa Susanna is located on the beautiful Costa del Maresme, north of Barcelona, a vacation destination that perfectly combines Mediterranean beaches, tranquility, and an excellent leisure offer. Its extensive golden sand beaches and clear waters are ideal for relaxing in the sun, practicing water sports, or enjoying long walks along the sea on its well-maintained boardwalk.

During the summer, the town comes to life with cultural activities, live music, and festive events, creating a lively atmosphere without losing the characteristic calm of the town. And for a day full of excitement, just a few minutes away is the Marineland water park in Palafolls, an essential visit for families. Its slides, pools, and marine animal shows guarantee fun for all ages.

Thanks to its excellent train connection to Barcelona and other coastal towns, Santa Susanna is also an ideal point to discover the surroundings without the need for a car.

. Pickup hours: from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM

- Arrival options:

1. Prior notice of your arrival after 7:00 PM until 9:00 PM, a member of our team can deliver the keys to you, with an additional cost of 50€.
2. For clients arriving outside of business hours, HHR has safety boxes so that you can pick up the keys.

. Online check-in is essential to complete your reservation registration and streamline the arrival process at the accommodation, and it is very important to facilitate it in advance. For data protection, you can be assured that upon departure, all digitized data will be deleted from HHR's computer system.
. This property has a deposit of 500€, HHR prioritizes trust with our clients, communication is important, and we fully trust that if any inconvenience arises during your stay, you will inform us.
. You must pay the Tourist Tax, which is mandatory: 1.10 € per person per night (maximum 7 nights), for those 17 years and older.
. Our accommodations are intended for family tourism. Reservations made by groups will not be accepted.
. Unfortunately, it is not possible to stay with pets in this accommodation. Thank you for your understanding.
